About this villa rental
The first in 2011 totally renovated villa has been furnished by us in May 2012 extremely attractive and with great attention to detail. In 2017, the windows and sliding doors of each room were replaced with tinted safety double glass with an argon filling to keep it up-to-date. In January 2018, the non-Florida powder-coated steel front door followed. The fully air-conditioned and fully equipped 188 sqm living / sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers 2-6 persons an unforgettable holiday from the beginning. This includes in particular the spacious, covered terrace (50m ²) with the solar heated swimming pool. With a large seating area (all renewed in 2017), sun umbrella, four chairs and a renewed in 2018, four-burner gas grill, the terrace for 'the life by the pool' fully equipped. Here you can in the morning sun and enjoy breakfast overlooking the pool and enjoy the evening with pleasant temperatures. The Villa First Place is in an upscale residential neighborhood in the southwest of Cape Coral. On landscaped grounds with beautiful landscaped, largely secluded garden and large pool area you live in style, in a very quiet environment.
Golfers can enjoy free a golf set with cars.
Everything important (z. B. the Publix supermarket) is within walking distance or easily accessible by bicycles
Our German-speaking house care is available on site. About them can also z. B. Boat tours are booked.
For the pool area there is a plug-grid system that toddlers can keep the pool and only by adults is to open in two places. It thus prevents unsupervised toddlers can fall into the pool.

We stayed a month at this beautiful home and wish we never had to leave! Property is as described, the pictures are accurate and house is even better!, The landscaping was very nicely done and we enjoyed the little bunnies that played in the yard each evening! The kitchen was supplied with anything you could possibly need. We lived on the gorgeous lanai and in the pool! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything! Publix just blocks away, you could walk! The owners take great pride in their home and it shows! We would recommend this home !00%!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Cape Coral, FL. The property is located in a great neighborhood, offering a peaceful and safe environment for our family. Lots to do in the area with restaurants and activities. One of the highlights of our trip was its convenient location, just a 20-minute drive to the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva. These islands are perfect for day trips, with stunning beaches and plenty of activities for everyone.
The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a great space for relaxing, and the kids loved the pool. Anita the property manager was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.
We highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Cape Coral. We will definitely be returning in the future!
