About this apartment rental
The apartment Villa Caty is located on the ground floor of a newly built villa in the hinterland of Imperia-Oneglia, on the outskirts of the small mountain village Sant'Agata.
After a short but winding drive from the sea to the hinterland, you can park directly on the property. The large, bright apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen, a small living room and a bathroom. All rooms are separated from each other and accessible separately from a hall. All rooms have access to a wide balcony, where you can comfortably eat with several people or enjoy the sun. The open, unobstructed view extends across the entire valley. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, here you have enough space to cook and eat with the whole family if the weather should exceptionally get worse. There is also a living room with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, here you can also set up 1 additional bed. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine. You can store your beach accessories, strollers, toys, etc. in the small storage room.
The house has a garden terrace with a charcoal grill and a spacious piece of greenery overgrown with olive trees, where your children can play freely.
The apartment is stylish and elegant, but not overloaded. The object appears spacious and airy. A modern gas heating system provides for the warmth in the colder months, and for the connection to the world: WiFi
The very personable and helpful landlords live in the lower part of the house (the villa is built on a slope), with separate access, so that everyone can have enough privacy.
Santa Agata is a small, picturesque village. From here you are in about 10 minutes. in Oneglia (district of Imperia), where you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The hikers and mountain bikers can take beautiful tours directly from the house. B. go to Montegrazie.

In de zomer van 2016 hebben wij met onze drie kinderen een fantastische vakantie in deze woning gehad.
Het vriendelijke welkom van de eigenaars zorgde al voor een goede eerste indruk, evenals het schone huis met de ruime slaapkamers.
De eigenaar spreekt alleen Italiaans maar is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het huis is netjes, compleet en schoon, wij genoten erg van het ruime balkon aan de achterzijde, met uitzicht over de vallei en de hele dag verkoelende schaduw.
De weg naar Borgo Sant Agata is typisch Italiaans qua breedte en staat van onderhoud, maar op zich goed te rijden, het parkeren op eigen grond valt niet mee als je een wat grotere auto hebt, maar de eigenaar heeft aan de overkant van de weg nog een andere parkeergelegenheid.
De bemiddeling via mevr. Klaus verloopt correct, duidelijk en verzorgd.

Die FeWo liegt etwas außerhalb von Imperia am Berg (5 km). Ruhige Lage, die nur morgens und abends durch den (geringen) Berufsverkehr der Dorfbevölkerung gestört wird. Etwas störend war das häufige Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft, welches auch während der Nacht andauerte. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und recht groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer. Die sehr große Wohnküche glich das kleine Wohnzimmer aber mehr als aus. Unser Aufenthalt konzentrierte sich aber auf die große Terrasse.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung erfolgte mit Händen und Füssen, bruchstückhaften Italienisch und Englisch, was sehr lustig war.
Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Caty. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, man kann bequem vorfahren und das Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Ideal für die Familien mit Kleinkindern oder Senioren.
Die Stadt Imperia und das Umland bieten einiges an Kultur und Sehenswürdigkeiten, bis zum Strand hat man es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit.
Die Vermieter sind wirklich total freundlich und zuvorkommend und helfen einem gerne bei Fragen.
