Large & Spacious Holiday home on 2 levels. Superb and convenient for families gathering for Weddings at the Intercontinental Hotel, Hotel Sorrento, The Baths Restaurant & with the Sorrento Front Beach & Pier located directly across the road, endless opportunities for amazing photographs.
Right in the heart of everything Sorrento, quiet & peacefully located back from the main Point Nepean road.
Entry comprises of an open plan living/lounge/dining, modern kitchen, island bench with bench stools, Nespresso coffee machine, all the modern appliances and staples to cook up a great meal. Dining area, split system air-conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi. Wonderful winter warming wood burning Coonara open fire heater and plenty of fire wood supplied. Outdoor table and chairs on the veranda, BBQ and tools. Gas bottles supplied.
BEDROOMS: 4, sleeping up to 12, a combination of adults & children.
Maximum 10 adults.
BATHROOMS: 2, 1 with bath
VEHICLES: up to 4. Electric Vehicle Car Charger onsite.

A full bed & bathroom linen package is provided for all bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Beach towels.
3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices: includes delivery & beds made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

There is a problem with the sprinkles on the property behind the house . Water was pouring down the bank. And the upstairs tv doesn’t work very well

Central location, excellently presented, and with all the required mod cons to make a holiday at the beach effortless. The only negative, situated at the bottom of the hill means a brisk walk is necessary to access the village. Lack of upstairs airconditioning in the bedrooms might be a problem for some.
