Arrived along with my husband and 4 other friends for a weeks stay. Our husbands had motor biked down from Scotland over the course of a few days and we had flown into Munich on the Saturday. We ALL were very impressed and grateful to arrive to such a beautiful house. We settled in very quickly and easily and the house works perfectly for 6 adults! Garden was great to sit out in (although bitten alive first night by friendly mozies!). Had already shopped at Aldi on the way into Rimsting but the local garage along the top of the road from the house is very well stocked for many things and the local bakery again at the top of the house road where we had breakfast one morning was mouthwatering! The other cafe you can walk to heading through the houses in the opposite direction is also worth a breakfast or bread and cake visit (closed Mondays!). The local Italian restaurant just on the roundabout is fabulous and we ate there a couple of times during the week both times superb food and service. The lake down over the field from the house, again all in walking distance was a welcome relief on a couple of occasions after a day on the bikes. 2 euro to get into the garden area and changing huts but equally you can just access via the other pier. The whole area is gorgeous, manicured and well looked after. Great roads and passes for the bikes. The owner Susanne was fabulous with all my questions throughout the whole booking - many thanks for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The rental of the house was a pleasant and stress-free experience from start to finish with the proprietor responding very quickly and helpfully to requests. The process was friendly but professional. The handover of the keys was fine, and the house was presented in an extremely clean state by the housekeeper. Likewise, vacating the property was also a simple process. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and extremely well equipped. There was literally nothing that was wanting. The internet is fast and reliable, and we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine. The house is situated in an extremely beautiful area in a lovely, quiet town and is close to the lake. All shops are within walking distance and there is a fantastic italian restaurant just down the road. Prien and Gstadt are also very close by. This is undoubtedly the best holiday property that we have rented and we have already booked to return next year.

This spacious house has excellent facilities. It has lovely mountain views from the front, and is in a quiet location. The property was clean and well maintained and I'd be very happy to rent it again. The house is ideally situated for exploring the mountains and lakes of Upper Bavaria, as well as visiting both Salzburg and Munich. The Bavarian Rail Card is excellent value for those wishing to explore further afield. Favorite restaurants: Taverna Octopus, Prien am Chiemsee and Restaurant Hofanger, Gstadt. Excellent bakery 5 minutes walk and a large supermarket 5 minute drive from the house. Susanne, the owner, was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach toll. Beschreibung trifft vollkommen zu. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit top. Einrichtung modern und gemütlich. Geschmackvolle Deko. Es wird wirklich an alles gedacht. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir viele Kleinigkeiten. Genügend Handtücher auch zum Wechseln. Frisches Olivenöl handabgefüllt, Kaffeefilter, Teefilter, genügend Gewürze und nichts abgelaufen, Geschirrspültabs reichten für zwei Wochen Urlaub, Handseifen an jedem Waschbecken, alles zum Abwaschen da. Genügend Geschirr, so dass nicht täglich die Maschine laufen muss, ich kann die Liste beliebig weiterführen. So hatten wir das noch nie! Übergabe war super. Die Nachbarin erklärt alles perfekt und gibt auch gerne Auskunft über Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Hätte ich eine Ferienwohnung, ich würde sie genauso anbieten. Alles top. Auch die Fahrräder waren super praktisch. Sonnenschirme, Grill, es fehlt nichts. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Küche war top eingerichtet und es waren sogar viele Dinge (Gewürze, Kakao, Kaffeekapseln, Tee,Öl, Balsamico usw) waren vor Ort. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist gut, Geschäfte und Restaurants nah. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Das Einchecken könnte nicht besser laufen. Das Ferienhaus hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gefallen. Die Räumlichkeiten und die Einrichtungen sind für 6 Personen hervorragend und es war alles vorhanden. Die Garage war für unsere E-Bikes ein idealer und abschließbarer Abstellort. Auch die Terrasse konnten wir vom Frühstück bis zum Abend nutzen, denn sie ist windgeschützt, teils überdacht und herrlich nach Süden ausgerichtet. Abends zwangen uns allerdings die Stechmücken ins Innere der Wohnung. Bereits bei der Buchung erhielten wie die kompletten Kosten aufgelistet. Trotzdem dachte ich, dass keine zusätzliche Gebühr für 2 Person anfallen. Die durchschnittliche Preisangabe für die Wohnung wurde bei der Abrechnung annähernd um das eineinhalbfache übertroffen.

Wir haben uns im Haus Stella sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, man ist mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten am Rimstinger Strandbad , in 20 Minuten am tollen Strand von Breitbrunn und mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Prien. Bäckerei fast gegenüber und ein Supermarkt 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Hausübergabe durch die Nachbarin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und kann gut draußen Essen und Sitzen . Wir haben die 2 Wochen mit 3 Kindern sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben im August 2020 mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern einen tollen Urlaub am Chiemsee verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt schön ruhig und ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Blick auf die Berge lädt zum Entspannen auf der Terrasse ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die perfekte Vorbereitung des sehr sauberen Ferienhauses, in dem wirklich an alles gedacht ist, und die super Übergabe durch die Nachbarin, die zudem ständig für Rückfragen erreichbar war. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Bereits der Empfang ist sehr sehr herzlich und informativ! Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit und Desinfektion - das gibt ein sehr gutes Gefühl beim Bezug dieses Objektes. Es ist sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern und schönen Bädern. Der Essbereich ist sehr schön, ebenso die Aussenterrasse zum Garten - der Wohnzimmerbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Die verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sind abwechslungsreich. Die Sauna ist sehr schön, zu beachten ist, dass die Duschen im ersten und zweiten Stock sind - die Sauna ist im Keller, das ist jedoch machbar - dafür wird man mit der ruhigen Lage verwöhnt. Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants etc in Laufnähe - Garage und Stellplatz direkt vor dem Eingang! alles in allem grossartig und in Seenähe mit schönem Blick in die Berge. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Das sehr gepflegte Haus, das in einem erstklassigen Zustand ist, liegt herrlich in ruhiger Lage und dennoch zentral. Das tolle Strandbad ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, der Bäcker fussläufig in 2 Minuten und der grosse Edeka ist auch nicht weit. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters hatten wir einen herrlichen Urlaub. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld und vor Ort war super und sehr hilfsbereit! Sehr nette Vermieter! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben als vier Erwachsene das Haus bewohnt, dessen Größe dafür mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ideal war. Das kleine Bad im EG war mehr ein erweitertes Gäste-WC mit Dusche, die leider nur über einen Duschvorhang verfügt. Aber um eine Trennung der Bäder für die 2 Paare und eine zeitliche Entzerrung für die morgendlichen Badbesuche zu erreichen, genügte es vollkommen. Lediglich mehr Möglichkeiten, Hand- bzw. Duschtücher aufzuhängen, wären wünschenswert. Die Küche ist optisch schön und ausreichend zweckmäßig, der Geschirrspüler mit 45 cm Breite etwas klein dimensioniert, so dass er min. einmal täglich laufen musste. Der 2. Kühlschrank im Keller war ein Segen, da der in der Küche auch relativ. klein ist und kein Eisfach hat. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön und gemütlich. Von der Gartenterrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge, Seeblick nur vom Balkon aus seitlich und sehr schmal. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man schön und ruhig, 2 Liegen auf der angrenzenden kleinen Wiese sind vorhanden. 2 Autos konnten bequem hintereinander in der Einfahrt parken. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr freundlich durch die Nachbarin erfolgt, die ausführlich alles im Haus erläuterte und auch für weitere Fragen ansprechbar war. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Chiemsee verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und seiner Lage.

Wir, 6 Personen, haben den Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Abwicklung, Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung liefen problemlos. Lage in Seenähe, Blick schon beim Aufwachen auf die Berge, Bäckerei in Laufweite, was will man mehr. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienhaus mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es entsprach genau der Beschreibung und besitzt eine gute Aufteilung. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen netten Details. Von der Terrasse und dem Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungs- und Wandertouren rund um den Chiemsee und man hat hier viele Möglichkeiten seine Freizeit zu gestalten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Ferienhaus Stella nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Stella! Es ist sauber, sehr gemütlich, super ausgestattet und bietet alles, um sich auch mit mehreren Personen rundum wohlzufühlen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem ist alles, was man so benötigt, auf kurzem Wege erreichbar. Abwicklung hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die liebenswerten Nachbarn war toll. Unser Ziel war es, ein paar aktive Tage rund um den Chiemsee zu verbringen. Dazu liegt das Haus ideal. Die Nähe mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuss zum See oder anderen in der Nähe befindlichen Ausflugsziele ist ideal. Die "Seite" vom Chiemsee ist in beide Richtungen wunderbar - mit Waldwegen, schönen Plätzen rund um den See und einem wirklich sehr schönen ganz in der Nähe (geschätzt 5 Kilometer) liegenden Badeplatz mit Bewirtung. Das Haus selbst verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit bequemen Sitz-Gelegenheiten (und Sonnenschirmen) sowie zwei Liegen. Als sehr praktisch empfanden wir die Garage für die Fahrräder und den Abstellplatz vorne für das Auto. Technisch ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet - Küche + Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner sowie private Sauna (sehr gepflegt und neuwertig). Da wir nur zu zweit im Haus waren, war auch der Stauraum ausreichend; wer mit mehreren Personen - längere Zeit - absteigt, wird evtl. etwas Raum für Kleidung vermissen, da nur der "Master-Bedroom" einen ausreichenden Schrank hat. Das Kinderzimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten hat gar keinen Stauraum. Das 2. Schlafzimmer nur einen kleinen Schrank. Die Begrüßung im Haus und die Einweisung war super. Insgesamt ein schöner Platz wenn man Ruhe zuhause sucht und in der Nähe Ausflüge machen möchte. Der Ort Rimsting liegt ideal und hat auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastronomie vor Ort fanden wir weniger spannend - aber, wer am Ort essen möchte, findet etwas für jeden Geschmack. Zusammenfassend können wir das Haus durchgehend weiter empfehlen.

Umfangreich ausgestattetes Haus. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Sehr nette Nachbarn. Küche vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Geschirrspüler und Sauna vorhanden. Wenige Fußminuten vom Chiemsee entfernt. Im Ort alles vorhanden von Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Tankstelle, ...
