About this apartment rental
Completely renovated, spacious holiday flat with beautiful views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo massif in a detached house with 2 flats (not condominium).
These include a new, open kitchen with additional seating, a dining area in front of the large picture window and a comfortable living area in front of an open fireplace.
The apartment has a large main balcony also 2 of 3 of the bedrooms are also equipped each with a small balcony.
The bedroom and the living room all have a wonderful view of the lake.
In addition, 2 full baths are available (one en-suite) each with a window and an almost floor-level shower.
This is a Non smoking apartment!
Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets and towels are brought by the tenant.
In the area there are numerous sports and leisure opportunities such. B .:
- Hike
- Mountaineering
- Mountain biking
- Tennis
- canyoning
- Swimming in Lake Garda (. Eg on the beaches of Limone)
- Windsurfing (best surf spots are located between Limone and Riva del Garda)

Wir waren begeistert! Ein modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit traumhaften Ausblick! Es war alles vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und ging schnell.
Der dort vorhandene Grill ist leider sehr veraltet und verrostet…dieser könnte eventuell mal gegen einen Neuen ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war alles super!
Wir merken uns dieses Appartement und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vom ersten Tag. Die Lage ist wunderschön und wir wären am liebsten noch ewig dort geblieben.

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Familie Kutscheit. Flexibilität bei Vermietung in der Corana-Zeit. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Fewo. Traumhafter Ausblick. Auto erforderlich. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Tolle Wohnung. 100 % empfehlenswert.

Eine perfekte Wohnung mit einer wahnsinns panorama Aussicht. Sehr modern ausgestattet, man findet alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhaus. Ein traumhafter Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert.
