The home is cozy great back yard and front- a little grass would be nice. Home was equipped with everything you need. No issues with our stay at all. Thank you for having us. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful as well. Great location.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the plus side, the location was excellent, right next to Valley Fair and a lot of great food options. The price was fair given the area, and the backyard was spacious and enjoyable. The management team was very responsive, quickly replacing a broken TV the day after we reported it. The home also had most of what we needed for a week stay.That said, the house itself is quite old and had a lingering smell that never really went away. The guest bathroom toilet had an issue where it flushed every few minutes and made a loud squeaking sound at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our stay, and we had to manually turn the water off each night. The floors felt dirty, and there were signs of cheap or rushed maintenance throughout the house. Our bed sheet had a hole, and the mattress cover underneath was stained, one spot even appeared to be a blood stain, which was pretty concerning. The bed itself also wasn’t very comfortable.Overall, we appreciated the location and the responsiveness of the host, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the home definitely need improvement
