Southern Diversion Estate Key Largo - Brand New private gated 1 acre estate on the ocean with private beach, tiki hut , tropical private pool and 105ft of deepwater dockage. Great location just 8 minutes from The Ocean Reef Club. Docks provide up to 100amp service and water. There is a deepwater channel right to the dock with ocean access perfect for large vessels. There are 300 feet of direct ocean access with stunning views. The estate has marble floors throughout , two living rooms with incredible ocean views and brand new flat screens, The home has state of the art kitchen, sub zero double refrigerator ,wine cooler top of the line appliances, granite countertops more. The kitchen is completely equipped and seats 18 for a wonderful ocean view dinning experience. There are 6 bedrooms, Bedroom 5 and 6 are attached to create a large Family suite. Quarters are close but also separate. Ideal for families with young children. There is also a daybed for additional sleeping. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is gorgeous. The water views from every room can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for 14 of us, though I wished it would have had one more adult bedroom. There are bunk beds in what is the closet of one of the bedrooms that was odd. But we made it work. Though it’s on a busy street, it’s at the end and felt very quiet and private. We enjoyed the heated pool and the large kitchen the most. It was pristine and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

A stunning location and fantastic views. Great time had a the Buzzards Roost down the road. The house was spaceous, comfortable and perfect for our requirements (7 adults and 2 kids).
There were only 4 loungers when we arrived, but as soon as we contacted John he dealt with it straight away.

The house is uniquely placed in a business area which was odd at first glance for us, but the location grew on us during the week. Everyone loved the giant iguana’s that live on the property in the wild, they were daily entertainment. We also saw a family of Manatee right behind the house maybe 20 yards off shore. The house has great views from every room and is close to any amenities you need, including 2 restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.
