About this house rental
The non-smoking apartment (85 sqm) is located on the 1st Floor of the listed, carefully and ecologically renovated building from 1743 and is furnished in the style of the 50s / 60s. It has clay plaster, old half-timbering and floorboards. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with 2 single beds (100x200). A large garden with sitting areas and grill invites you to relax. Cot and high chair are available. Pets are welcome.
Initial equipment including bed linen and towels, weekly change of linen 10 euros / pers.
The center of Rostock and the Baltic Sea beach of Warnemünde can be reached in 1/2 hour. Many other excursion destinations that are also interesting for children are in the immediate vicinity. The landlady will be happy to provide information.
In the same building there is another apartment ("Pastor Hauswedel", FEWO 2537445), a rented one-room apartment and the owner's apartment.
