Location, location, location Everything you need to see in Naples is close by foot, you need 5 min to enter historic centre and via toledo street is next to you, from where you go to spanish quarter. If you need bus there is bus station at piazza Dante 3 min from you Also metro station Dante from where you go directly to central station in no more than 10-15 min If you need train, you can go to Monsanto station nearby and go to possilipi area by the sea Host is responsive and helpful, and will provide you basic info for places to visit eat, supermarket... Place was safe, clean and everything worked fine, french balcony, air con, tv, small fridge, and at the entrance there is a espresso machine with suplied pads and cattle with supplied tea bags Of course you will read reviews about the stairs but we were not bothered with that at all.

I recently stayed at Five Boutique Rooms and had a great experience. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The balcony isn’t very big, but it’s still a nice bonus and enjoyable to use. One of the best things about this accommodation is the location — it’s extremely convenient. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the metro and very close to the historic city center, making it easy to explore Naples. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.

The only downside is that although it’s officially on the third floor, it feels more like the fifth because the stairs are quite long and a bit challenging to climb, even though we were informed about this in advance.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right near the metro, and everything is simple and easily accessible. Additionally, I really liked the exceptional cleanliness of everything.

It’s at the perfect location and the staff were nice enough to let me leave my luggage at the hallway after check out while I waited for my train to Rome. It’s 3-4 flights of stairs to the apartment and I had to lug my suitcase up all by myself, if I had known this (and the mediocre sanitary condition of the room) I would not have booked.

It wasn’t really clean.
