About this house rental
Lovely home (2004) just steps from the ocean. Multiple balconies and full front porch provide breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Stunning architectural details inside and out, including master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, loft, two balconies, palladium windows, two-sided fireplace, and spacious master bath. Third floor offers suite with bedroom, full bath, den with TV/video.
Beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. Gourmet granite and cherry kitchen with Wolf appliances.
This luxury home is available only to discerning renters who appreciate its value and quality, and who will treat it as if it were their own. We rent selectively because we use the home ourselves.
The minimum rental period is one week. Weekend-only rentals are not allowed.

Absolutely loved our vacation in Belmar- year #3! The house has all of the amenities that you could possibly think of. They even added more beach chairs, bicycles and an in home sonos sound system. Belmar has something for all age groups, which is why we keep returning, and the house has all of the comforts of home and maintained beautifully by the owners. The owners are wonderful to work with as well.

We stayed the week of 6/25-7/2. We stayed last September as well. As always, we found our vacation home perfect! This is a very comfortable house, with everything at our fingertips...the beach, restaurants, biking, Boardwalk. We even rented a boat and went fishing on the lake! there is something to do for every age. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners of this house, our vacation really had all the conveniences of our own home without having to pack bikes, beach chairs and other large items needed for a week's stay. Loved it so much-- we're coming back!!
