About this apartment rental

The house "zum Laternenberg" is centrally located in Zechlin, surrounded by forests and lakes. The house was completed in 2016. The apartment on the ground floor offers a cozy holiday atmosphere for up to 5 people. The bright living / dining area is 34 square meters, 2 bedrooms / 1 travel cot, bathroom with walk-in shower and guest toilet.
The kitchen with dishwasher and existing equipment (towels, pots, etc.) invites you to cook. The garden offers a barbecue area and a small fenced pond for relaxation and wellbeing. In order to be able to switch off additionally, we offer a sauna, 2 bicycles and a boat (see photo, can be rented without a boat license, instruction takes place on site). When booking 6 nights, the boat can be used free of charge for one day!
Washer and dryer can be used free of charge. A parking space is located directly at the house. The apartment is smoke free. Pets can be taken on individual agreement.

Die Wohnung hat von der Lage her einen guten Ausblick über das Dorf und den See. Aufgrund der Größe von Flecken-Zechlin ist der Dorfplatz mit Bäcker, aber auch der See schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Beschreibung ist sehr gut, die Übergabe bzw. weitere Informationen waren kurz und präzise. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf den See ist fantastisch. Noch besser war es, auf den Seen mit dem Boot zu fahren (vom Vermieter). Wir hatten meist schönes Wetter und verbrachten sehr angenehme und entspannte Tage.

Eine sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub genießen. Die Nutzung des Bootes war natürlich ein Highlight und hat echt Spaß gemacht. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse kann man aber auch direkt bei den Bewohnern des Ortes vor der Tür kaufen. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. 🤗

Es war super sauber, top ausgestattet, nette Vermieter, wunderschöner Ausblick, entspannte Lage und eine klasse 8-stündiger Tour mit dem hauseigenen Boot. Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlaf- und zwei Badezimmern. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden (Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher, Geschirrspüler,etc...). Einziger Nachteil : SEHR weiche Matrazen in allen Betten. Alles in allem aber wirklich sehr zufrieden - daher 5 Sterne !

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und alles war prima. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell und für uns vier war alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter, die an einem der drei Wochenenden die darüberliegende Wohnung nutzten. Sehr nette, immer erreichbare "Hausverwalter". Die Küche ist ideal eingerichtet, so dass wir uns beim Kochen nicht einschränken mussten! Es gibt in der Garage viel Platz zum Unterstellen von Fahrrädern, Dachbox, etc. Achtung Hundebesitzer: Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus, als sei der Garten eingezäunt. Er ist aber nach vorne offen, so dass wir den Garten nicht als Hundefreilauf nutzen konnten.Es gibt aber im nahen Umkreis wunderschöne Wald- und Feldstrecken. Achtung lärmempfindliche: Im Garten gibt es einen schönen kleinen Fischteich. Hier läuft dauerhaft Plätscherwasser. Das Elternschlafzimmer liegt zum Fischteich, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Gegend sehr genossen. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die Bootstour auf dem Boot des Vermieters, die für uns alle ein Erlebnis war.

Naturnah und gemütlich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem ruhigen Örtchen Flecken Zechlin sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat hierzu ihr Übriges getan. Alles drin, alles sauber. Da wir unseren Hund mit hatten, war uns eine Ferienwohnung mit Garten wichtig. Leider war die Außentreppe für unseren quirrligen 4-Beiner sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und wurde nach Möglichkeit gemeiden. :) Etwas enttäuscht waren wir über die angekündigte Möglichkeit das Motorboot nutzen zu können ab einer Buchung eines Wochenaufenthalts. Leider galt unsere Buchung von 7 Tagen/6 Nächten nicht als Wochenaufenthalt, so dass wir hätten das Boot zum vollen Preis mieten müssen. Nach Erkundigungen beim örtlichen Bootsverleih war dieser günstiger, so dass wir unsere geplante Tour mit einem seiner Mietsboote vornahmen. Bis auf dieses kleine Missverständnis (sicher auch unsererseits) waren wir rundum zufrieden.
