Stayed for 7 nights April/May 2024. Apartment is immaculate and provides every need you have whilst on holiday. Alexander is a great host full of ideas to make your stay enjoyable, attentive without being oppressive. Great location in the heart of the Black Forest. We visited Freiburg, Colmar, Lake Konstance, Meersburg, Titisee, Triberg to name a few all visited using the free local trains and buses or by private car. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed the kitchen/dining area, cooking breakfast and playing games in the evenings. Plenty of room for two couples. We each had our own bedroom with en-suite. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed watching the area children walking to school in the mornings. Herr Joos is a great host; quick to respond to texts, and very fair. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Four of us stayed in Blumenhof Apartment over Christmas 2010. The apartment was very clean, with lots of room that enabled a bit of privacy if needed. The photos on the website are exactly as the apartment is. The location was ideal for exploring the area around Titisee-Neustadt. The railway is 15 minutes walk, although the uphill walk back can be a bit daunting in the snow! We visited Freiburg, Donauschingen and St Blasien and a few hours at the Badeparadies Schwarzwald is a must! Alexander and Michaela were so accommodating, buying breakfast provisions for the first day (we arrived on Sunday when the shops were closed) and Michaela even offered to do our shopping to save us having to carry it back to the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were quite happy to book us into Klosterle Restaurant, which served beautiful food and had delightfiul owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for a wonderful hoilday.

Wir waren alles in allem zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt! Leider fehlte uns die Transparenz, dass die Plattform Fewo-direkt eine Gebühr auf die Gesamtsumme der Reise draufschlägt. Daher würden wir zukünftig andere Plattformen bevorzugen. Da sich die Wohnung im 1. OG befand, mussten wir mit unserem 2,5 jährigen Sohn sehr darauf achten, dass er nicht zu laut war. Er tobt und rennt liebendgern. Zukünftig würden wir daher eher nach einem Haus schauen, wo wir für uns sind. Ansonsten können wir das Objekt besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett uns freundlich.

Super tolle Wohnung!!! Sehr viel Platz, große Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sehr gut ausgestattet! Sehr netter Vermieter. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zu siebt (fünf Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder) haben wir in der FeWo von Fam. Joos trotz mäßigen Winterwetters einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet viel Wohnraum und Platz zum Spielen, aber auch den Luxus von drei Bädern bei drei Schlafzimmern. So lässt es sich gut urlauben.

Met de honden loop je zo het bos in voor eindeloos wandelplezier. Maar ook een korte wandeling met kinderwagen of jonge kinderen is makkelijk en leuk. Park en speeltuin onderweg naar het dorp veraangenamen het loopje naar een centrum waar net alles is. Topverblijf!

Wir haben uns in dieser tollen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und gut sowie unkompliziert betreut worden. Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig, schöne Aussicht von der Wohnung aus auf Neustadt. Schöne, helle und grosse Wohnung. Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Eignet sich bestens für 7 - 8 Personen. Autos können direkt beim Haus auf einem Parkplatz abgestellt werden, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten sind auf ein Auto angewisen. Der Weg zum Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten steil bergabwärts erreichbar. Auch die schmale und steile Treppe, welche zur Wohnung hinauf führt eignet sich nicht für alle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Familie Joos.

Wir sind 3 Familien, die sich hier zum Urlaub getroffen haben. Dafür war die Wohnung einfach nur perfekt. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Bad, die Zimmer waren großzügig. Die Kinder konnten auf dem Trampolin und im Baumhaus im Garten nach dem Wandern noch überschüssige Energien loswerden. Der Vermieter war so freundlich und hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt bzw. hingebracht und uns sogar vom Einkaufen abgeholt. Auch darüber hinaus bestand ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt ihm und seiner Familie. Die Gegend ist super für viele Wanderungen geeignet, sowohl mit als auch ohne Bahn. Durch die Konuskarte konnten wir auch einiges an Fahrgeld sparen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber – hier muss man sich einfach wohl fühlen. Wir waren 7 Personen und haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung gut „verteilen“ können. Der dazugehörige Garten mit den Spielgeräten hat den Kindern super gefallen! Die Übergabe und die dabei erhaltenen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants waren hervorragend, genau wie die nette Abwicklung durch die freundlichen Vermieter. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Bodensee, Freiburg, Elsaß usw.) Wandern und Radfahren ist direkt ab Haustüre möglich. Für den Aufenthalt mit unser großen Familie war die Wohnung perfekt und ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen!

So muss eine Ferienwohnung sein...

Wer mal im Schwarzwald Urlaub machen will, ist im Haus Blumenhof bestens aufgehoben. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, modern eingerichtet und man merkt einfach, dass die Gastgeber die angebotene Ferienwohnung im Schuss halten. Wir waren eine Woche mit meinen Eltern und unseren drei Kindern da und haben die Ruhe, das große Platzangebot, den großen Essbereich, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die 3 Schlafzimmer und die 3 Bäder genossen. Der Garten ist riesig, man kann grillen, während die Kinder sich auf der Schaukel, Rutsche oder dem Trampolin vergnügen. Die Gastgeber sind immer hilfsbereit, wenn es um mögliche Ausflugsziele oder Tipps für Familien mit Kindern geht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und es fehlt einfach an nichts. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Erg ruime bovenwoning in neustadt, bij titisee. Vriendelijke verhuurders, alles goed onderhouden en alles is met de auto goed bereikbaar. Deze is overigens wel nodig omdat je op 900 meter hoogte zit. Wij hadden daarnaast een jonge hond bij en dat was ook geen probleem. Forse slaapkamers, 3 badkamers voldoende ruimte en goed betaalbaar. Bovendien is het centraal in het zwarte woud gelegen. Het ligt in een gewone straat zodat je ook 'savonds nog veilig rond kunt wandelen. Dit is wat je van een grotere woning mag verwachten.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal bei der Familie Joos. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und "super gemütlich". Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Gerade mit Kindern ist diese Wohnung spitze, da man wirklich genug Platz hat! Wir werden den nächsten Urlaub im Schwarzwald auf jeden Fall wieder bei der Familie Joos im Blumenhof verbringen. Die Wohnung ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and were pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was. 4 teenagers had their own bedrooms (one en suite) on the other side of the apartment and we had now trouble sleeping while their were still talking and listening to their music. The apartment has lovely views over the mountains and the valley. If you want to do Nordic walking or bicycle, there are plenty of routes to follow. We truly enjoyed the week here and would recommend this apartment to anyone from 4 to 8 people sharing or just as a family with 2 own kids and 2 on loan :-) Mervi Lampinen Richard de Jonge Eenrum, The Netherlands + 4 teenagers from 14 to 16 years of age
