About this house rental
25 km north of Kuusamo, Vuosseli (Eastern Ruka) 1.3 km. Cosy log-panelled apartment in semi-detached house, built in 2005.
Combined livingroom / Kitchen. Downstairs two bedrooms, both with double beds, 2 lofts both with total of 4 single beds (2 beds /alcove). Loft has sloping ceilings, maximum height 160 cm, floorage 33 m², steep stairs to the loft, child safety gate at the top of the stairs.
Both downstairs bedrooms have remote work equipment and a desk.
The efficient 5G Wi-Fi network also enables smooth video conferences. In the living room, Sony Playstation4, Apple TV and Chromecast are also available. Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling.
8 people can spend an evening at the kitchen table, the crockery also serves this purpose.
Carport, woodshed and lockable storage (e.g. for skis).
A Weber electric grill and a smoking oven. Electric car charging possibility for extra fee.
