Die Wohnung hatte kleinere Mängel, sehr einfache Möbel mit einigen Abnutzungen, Couch unbequem, Matratzen sehr hart, zu wenig Besteck, Gardinen schmuddelig. Die Wohnung benötigt eine Grundreinigung (Wollmäuse unterm Bett und hinter Gardinen, Badezimmer nicht richtig gewischt (runde Ecken).

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und sie ist super zentral gelegen, kein Kofferschleppen, da Fahrstuhl vorhanden und auch Platz für die Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage. Wir hätten uns nur etwas Ablagefläche im Schlafzimmer gewünscht.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, neue Küche, ideale Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und am Bürgerpark. Barrierefreier Zugang und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Schlafzimmer mit Familienbett, modernes Bad. Es geht kaum besser, wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder da.
