Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Les Tommeuses" - excellent location: central but quiet, right by the Tignes and Val d'Isère slopes, ski in ski out. Residence "Les Tommeuses (Val Claret)", 7 storeys. 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Public car park at 700 m, extra. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 600 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 20 m, ski rental 50 m, ski school 200 m, children's ski school 20 m, sled run 200 m. Nearby attractions: LAGON CENTRE AQUATIQUE 2 km, TIGNES ESPACE CENTRE SPORTIF 2 km, GOLF DE TIGNES 2 km, CINEMA 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 20 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: LAC DE TIGNES 2 km. Hiking paths: PARC DE LA VANOISE 20 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room studio 30 m2 on 5th floor. Spacious and bright: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Entrance hall with 1 bed (80 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Apartment block very well situated for skiing out and in. No walking in ski boots! Very important. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Cooking arrangements restricted as without instructions on the operation of the Combi oven we found it difficult to operate. Also restricted with just 2 hot plates. View from apartment and position excellent.

Bund: snavset på badeværelset, badekar, slidt, for meget ubrugeligt køkkenudstyr, ingen skabsplads, sovesova umulig at sove på, ulækker slidt voksdug, dårlige parkerings- og aflastningsmuligheder, døren binder, for få stikkontakter, dårlig stil, dårlig placering i forhold til byen

Les photos de cette location laissaient présager un appartement certes pas très moderne mais d'apparence sain. la réalité est tout autre : sale, beaucoup de poussière, la vaisselle est vraiment pauvre, la literie du canapé est une catastrophe, la salle de bain est à refaire urgemment et que dire du froid qui s'engouffre par les fenêtres en mauvais état.... déprimant :( nous n'étions que 2 dans cette location prévue pour 5 et heureusement parce que tout tombe en décomposition (ex: le vieux machin prévu dans la salle de bain pour pendre les serviettes est tombé dès notre arrivée). heureusement pour nous, nous avons pu squatter chez nos amis qui avaient loué dans la même résidence 1 appartement refait à neuf et au même prix que le nôtre.... nous déconseillons cette location.
