- Underfloor heating in the living room for cozy winter days and a view of the pond.
Bedroom I,
- with double bed 1.6x2m
- large patio door (when the roses bloom in summer - a dream!)
- spacious wardrobe and shoe cabinet
Bedroom II,
in the 1st Upper floor with double bed 1.8x2m and spacious sloping cupboard
rest rooms
in the 1st Upper floor with (sleeping) couch 140x200cm and table, to relax or simply to accommodate guests who stay a little longer in the evening.
Fully equipped kitchen with
- Dishwasher
- large sink
- Stove with ceramic hob
- a pantry with freezer combination
- Washing machine and dryer
and of course hall, bathroom with shower and bathtub on the ground floor and bathroom with shower on the first floor and dressing room on the ground floor are not quite as spacious as the rest of the house

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit der Familie (5 Personen, drei Kinder zwischen 13 und 17 Jahre) hier verbracht. Das Haus entspricht der Anzeige, es bietet viel Platz, ist sauber und gut ausgestattet (z. B. zwei Bäder, umfangreiche Küchenutensilien, Fahrräder, Kicker, ...)
Ein Laden mit den Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Backwaren liegt direkt gegenüber. Ein kleines Freibad ist ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie ein Lokal.
Auch bei sehr warmem Wetter liess es sich gut aushalten. Auf der Terrasse fand sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir bekamen Besuch von einem Igel und von einem Eichhörnchen!
Die typischen Ziele der Lüneburger Heide sind gut zu erreichen, wie der Vogelpark in Walsrode, der Heidepark in Soltau oder der Serengeti-Safari-Park in Hodenhagen, aber auch weniger "kommerzielle" Ziele, wie das Pietzmoor oder der Große Bullensee.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert, er hat uns bei unseren Fragen immer schnell und freundlich geholfen.
Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gern weiter!

Ankom til det hygligste hus man kunne forestille sig, med små finurlige deltaljer, skæv og charmerende, men genialt indrettet, rent, pænt og rummelig. Fed stue. Med udsigt til skønneste have.
Vi nød det virkelig, tæt på købmand og en by med bondegårde inkluderet i bymidten..
Charmerende, roligt og helt klart at anbefale.
Flink vært, mødte ham overhovedet ikke, men skrev og fik svar ved tvivls spørgsmål.

Das Haus ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Es war für jeden etwas vorhanden ob Erwachsene oder Kinder. Eine tolle Bibliothek und ein traumhafter Garten. Wir waren und sind begeistert und kommen nochmal wieder
