Discover our high-quality non-smoking log cabin on the outskirts of the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Rerik / Russow district for 2 adults, no children. With its feel-good furnishings and permanent living standard, this cosy home on the landlord's property offers the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Inside you will find a modern interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The living room is equipped with a wall unit, a cosy 3-seater sofa, a dining area, a parabolic TV and a stereo system. Electric heating provides cosy warmth in all rooms (for an extra charge). In the bedroom you will find a wardrobe with a large mirror, a double bed with a width of 1.40 metres and a comfortable lounger, ideal for your relaxation. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
For longer stays than 1 week, there is a free intermediate cleaning service.

The outdoor area of the holiday home invites you to linger with a covered terrace and garden furniture. Here you will also find the possibility to barbecue for an extra charge, whereby charcoal, lighting aid as well as the preparation and cleaning are taken over by the landlord. Laundry drying facilities are also available for guests. The car park is located directly in front of the property and you can park your bicycles at your own risk. Unfortunately, the beach chair is no longer available, but the holiday home offers free Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors.

The surroundings of Rerik offer you a variety of possibilities to enrich your holiday actively and culturally. The beach and the Salzhaff are just a few kilometres away, along with shopping facilities, a bank and a doctor.     Das Objekt ist eigentlich recht schön, allerdings sind die Vermieter eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir sind eigentlich sehr ruhige und entspannte Menschen, aber in dem Fall hat es sogar meine Mann gereicht. Angefangen mit einem äußerst unfreundlichen Empfang und genauen Erklärungen was man alles zu tun und zu lassen hat, geht es sofort ums Geld. Generell hat man das Gefühl, dass Geld die wichtigste Rolle spielt und der Einzigste Grund für Vermietungen ist. Ansonsten wird der Mieter eher als Feind gesehen. Es wird genau kontrolliert, ob man seine Handtücher auch draußen aufhängt und täglich gibt es einen kontrollbesuch mit Fragen wie "Waren die Handtücher auch wirklich trocken, als Sie sie rein geholt haben?" oder "Nutzen Sie auch das Mittel für die Spülmaschine, das ich Ihnen hingestellt habe?". Leider finden diese Kontrollen nicht nur bei Anwesenheit statt, sondern auch heimlich bei Abwesenheit. Mit kleinen Vorbereitungen kann man ein unbefugtes Betreten recht schnell feststellen. Ist in dem Fall allerdings gar nicht notwendig, denn die Vermieter verraten sich auch noch selber mittels whats app und man hat somit auch noch einen schriftlichen Beweis. Wir sind Erwachsene und wirklich Ordentliche Menschen, bei uns ist eine Kontrolle nun wirklich nicht notwendig und sogar Gesetzteswidrig nach StGB. Des Weiteren wird einem täglich etwas neues in Rechnung gestellt, und sei es nur eine Extraabholung der Mülltonne, da man angeblich zu viel Müll produziert. Dabei wird einem gesagt, man könnte seinen Müll ja auch in öffentlichen Mülleimern oder in Altkleidercontainern entsorgen. Wirklich unter aller Sau. Zu guter Letzt, existiert der Strandkorb, wegen dem ich mich letztendlich für dieses Objekt entschieden hatte auch nicht. Kann wirklich nur jedem Empfehlen, diese Wohnung nicht zu mieten. Haben schon oft in Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht, aber sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Ansonsten ist es eine echt schöne Gegend. Für einen Urlaub bei einem anderen Vermieter wirklich nur zu empfehlen.
