The 4 **** apartment is located in 1. Floor of the front part of the residence Binz and is located in a south-west facing position overlooking the romantic lake Schmachter, not far from the city and the Baltic Sea beach.
This beautiful 52 square meter apartment is comfortably furnished and has its own special charm. It is located on 2 levels (6 steps), is suitable for allergy sufferers (animals unfortunately not desired) and can accommodate three people. A Kindersicherheitstürchen the stairs is firmly mounted.
The large living-dining area with the pull-out couch and the swivel TV lounge offers an ideal place for relaxing hours. You can expect a large HD 46-inch flat screen TV, a stereo, DVD player and free Wi-Fi (Internet access).
The spacious kitchen is integrated in the bright and friendly living room, from there you have access to the furnished balcony with foresight.
The bedroom is located in the stepless tower, from which you can enjoy a view of the Schmachter Lake. There is room for a 3. Sleeping.
Another person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
In February 2016, a new glass shower cabin with a low entrance was installed in the bathroom.
All windows are equipped with shutters.
Each apartment has a free parking space on the property.
On the adjacent meadow is a small playground with seating.
In the private lockable ground floor storage room prams and own or borrowed bicycles can be parked.
The apartment has enough literature about complaints, as well as the Baltic resort Binz. You will be surprised what the island of Rügen has to offer. Other reading material and games are also available.
