About this house rental
108 km north-east of Oulu, River Iijoki 500 m, own boat at Sotkajärvi 2,5 km. Wooden cottage 2005, living room/kitchen convertible sofa/ bed, an extra bed and 2 mattresses, glazed porch. Separate sauna building (10m²) with dressing room, electric light and electric heating. Air source heat pump.
There is a separate outbuilding (17m2) that can be rented by a separate agreement / payment from 1.4. - 31.10. yearly. A daily rental of 40 €, payable directly to the owner. four bed places. Rented together with the main cottage. Other times by different contract.
Electric fat bike for rent 2 hours 30€, 4 hours 50€, 8 hours 80€. Please inquire in advance with the cottage owner.

Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-08-29 - 2027-11-30)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-08-29 - 2027-11-30)
