2-family house "W Starym Sadzie", renovated in 2025. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (3 x 7 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2025, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Porch. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 1 car) at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. An extra bed is available on the sofa bed in the living room (foldable), for an additional PLN 50 per person per day. Guests can use the garden sauna, which sleeps up to four people, for PLN 150 per two hours. Please arrange this with the owner in advance. NOTE: The fireplace (Swedish stove) is available for use only after consultation with the owner.

diese Ferienunterkunft war sehr schön, wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal dort und es hat uns wiederum sehr gut gefallen, die Wirtsleute sind super nett, die Ferienunterkunft war sauber und ordentlich und es hat viel Spaß gemacht, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kind und Hund da. Tolles Grundstück mit sauberem Pool. Unser Hund war gerne gesehen und konnte den ganzen Tag mit in den Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

I had a lot of fun here with my girlfriend and wouldn’t have minded staying longer! The price was fair and it was at the perfect location just outside of the busy city. I wish I had known we were getting just one unit and not the whole house, I didn’t realize it was multi-unit. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere and I just didn’t see. There was still lots of space either way and the people in the other unit weren’t very noisy. We had the unit in the back near the pool. Very clean and cozy!

die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum war gewünscht. die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. leider waren vor unserem Aufenthalt Haustiere in der Wohnung (sind ja grundsätzlich erlaubt). Auf Sitzmöbeln und Kissen befanden sich noch Tierhaare, was für einen mitgereisten Allergiker den Komfort eingeschränkt hat.
