About this house rental
Important notice: Carefully read all information about the amenities and house rules before making a reservation!
NO pets, NO parties NOR events!! There is NO barbecue.
The house is located on the border of the nature reserve of the Ports de Beseit, 3.6km outside the village, above the Pantano de Pena. Perfect to leave your stress behind and enjoy the calm and spectacular views across the pantano.
The house is surrounded by 2 acres of pristine forests, dominated by pine trees, holm oaks and Mediterranean herbs. The surroundings invite you to extensive sports activities, hiking, cultural discoveries and visits.
The house features a large living-dining area, terraces with views of the mountains and the lake, and four bedrooms with capacity for a maximum of 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 kids. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and a separate toilet.
Amenities:
- kitchen equipped with gas stove and oven
- fire-place in the living area
- central heating in the bedrooms
- spring water supply
- photovoltaic solar energy system
!! Keep in mind that the solar power system provides electricity to light the house, charge mobile phones etc. However, NO heat producing equipment must be used as they require too much watt and will damage the system !!
The lake is accessible for swimming at several spots in close proximity to the house.
Beceite offers basic shopping (bakery, butchery, convenience store, pharmacy) as well as several nice restaurants. Anything else, including supermarkets and a gas station, can be in Valderrobres, at about 9km from the house.
Parking is possible on the property, about 50m from the entrance of the house.
Due to the risk of forest fire, it is absolutely forbidden to make any fire on and around the property. We cannot offer barbecue!

Ha sido genial. La casa es preciosa, orientada hacia el sudoeste por lo que en verano está fresquita. Las vistas al embalse no tienen precio, poder desayunar, comer y cenar en las tres estancias que tiene, todas con vistas al embalse es maravilloso.
El silencio es continuo porque no hay muchas casas en la zona y la zona recreativa del embalse queda a unos 500mt.
En cuanto a los mosquitos es como en todos los sitios, puedes esperar que pase esa 1,5h cuando salen al anochecer y luego ya puedes disfrutar del exterior.
Además tienes kayaks para darte una vuelta al embalse y poder disfrutar de la naturaleza que le rodea y si te gusta el senderismo tienes la ruta de la Pesquera y el parrizal de Beceite que es espectacular en su entorno.
Y si te gusta la astronomía puedes disfrutar de la vía láctea en su esplendor gracias al magnífico seeing que hay. Si eres aficionado a la astrofotografía has de buscar el zenit porque los árboles quitan mucha visión.

La casa es realmente muy bonita y confortable, las vistas al pantano y la ubicación precioso y perfecto, lo único no pudimos disfrutar de cenar ni comer fuera porque en la estructura de la casa habían avispas, y se adentraba dentro de la vivienda, pero hablando con el encargado nos comento que solucionarían para mejor estancia de inquilinos a futuro, esperemos sea así!! Más que todo porque no nos gustaría que después de dar una valoración buena se encuentren el otro año con el mismo problema que nosotros y que aunque se podía llevar podría ser un caso grave para la salud de las personas. Por todo lo demás una casa que repetiríamos sin dudarlo

La casa está maravillosamente situada para poder disfrutar de unos días de desconexión total. El espacio es muy agradable y estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar unos días sin tener que necesitar nada más. Un gran descubrimiento que esperamos poder repetir
