Tsamparrô: Small chalet "Lao-Lao", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position. Private: garden with lawn. Terrace (38 m2). Motor access to the house. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, Eglise" 600 m, railway station "Sion" 14.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 2.2 km.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 180 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden, east facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (120 cm, length 200 cm).
