About this house rental
The house is surrounded by nature and is surrounded by trees and pastures. It is on a dead end, s. d. there is very little traffic and it is very quiet. The cozy former farm has 4 - 5 bedrooms and 1 living / sleeping room with a total of 8 - 12 beds, additional cot, 3 rooms with satellite TV, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with an additional bathtub), utility room with washing machine, stay - and play room with 45 m², play or reading corners in the spacious hallways. There is a "little self-service shop" in the house.
When you arrive, the beds are already made and a freshly baked cake awaits you!
If you like, you can visit us on our dairy farm. It is only 300 m from the house.
We would be happy to show you how agriculture works on our organic dairy farm.

On the property: terrace with barbecue area, 4000 m² lawn with sitting areas and sandpit, the ideal toddler's playground, as well as another large area with swings, play house, hammock, soccer field and huge pile of sand. Inline skating
Special feature: On request, a farm afternoon with “All about cows and milk” campaigns and a tractor ride.
In the area: Otterndorf North Sea Spa (15 km) with sandy and green beach, surfing, mudflats, play barn and skate track, indoor brine thermal baths and sauna, canoe trips, Neuhaus water ski area (13 km), baby zoo, outdoor pool and play area and Sportpark Wingst (8 km), cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Excursions: Cuxhaven, Klimahaus and Emigration Center Bremerhaven, Stade, Hamburg, mudflats to Neuwerk, "Natureum" near Neuhaus, wreck museum and excursions to Heligoland, Bad Bederkesa with castle tour and pedal boating.
Particularities:
- lots of space to play and relax
- particularly quiet location
- ideal for 1 - 2 families with children (possibly also with grandma and grandpa!)
- well suited for small groups (kindergartens, bike groups ..) up to 12 people
- "Self-service shop" in the house
- Filled fridge on request

Es war wieder ein sehr schönes Wochenende in toller Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit (kleineren) Kindern. Wir hatten wieder regionale Produkte im Kühlschrank (Käse und Fleisch) und haben nochmal eine interessante (auch für die Kinder) Hofführung gemacht.

Toller großer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen. Super nette Vermieterin. Eine Bauernhofbesichtigung war kurzfristig möglich und sehr interessant. Feuerschale und Brennholz für ein kleines Osterfeuer wurden uns freundlicherweise zur Verfügung gestellt.
Es ist etwas schade, dass man in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer keine Sitzgelegenheit für alle hat. Den großen Aufenthaltsraum fanden wir etwas ungemütlich. Ansonsten aber alles super, Zimmer schön und wie beschrieben. Viele Bücher und Spielmöglichkeiten, auch für draußen, vorhanden.
Umgebung sehr ruhig, wenig bis gar kein Verkehr, so dass die Kinder problemlos auf der Straße mit den tollen großen Dinocars/Kettcars fahren konnten.
Eier gab es bei den Nachbarn zu kaufen und die Milch und der Käse vom Bauernhof sind auch zu empfehlen!
Richtig gut hat uns auch die Hängematte gefallen! 😀

Wir sollten uns eigentlich mit zwei anderen Familien treffen, aber die konnten leider nicht mehr kommen. Das Haus ist für Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Ein bisschen zu groß für 4 Personen. 🙃
Wir haben viel zeit in der schönen spielecke mit duplo und draußen im garten verbracht. Die Kühe waren für unseren 3-jährigen Sohn ein echtes Highlight. Er redet immer noch davon.
Ulrike ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
