Bonnevaux and its hamlets have managed to preserve their authentic and typical Cévennes character over the years, with slate walls, paved paths and terraced landscapes. The village is considered a symbol of the Cévennes and consequently adorns the cover of many books. Its church is one of the most beautiful in the valley of the Cèze and the Cevennes.

Gite fonctionnel et sympa. Il ne manque qu'Internet :) mais cela fait du bien de se déconnecter. Mention spéciale à la propriétaire pour sons sens de l’accueil et sa sympathie ! Merci beaucoup.

Authentique !!

Vous avez envie d'authenticité, de calme, n'hésitez pas, c'est ce qu'il vous faut. Prévoyez sac à dos et bonnes chaussures, et faites vos courses avant. La petite route qui mène au gite est surprenante. Vous êtes presque arrivés, laissez la voiture au parking et prenez le raccourci, cela en vaut la peine. Paysage, hameaux, gorges, villages, vous ne pouvez pas vous ennuyer et vous ne pouvez que vous ressourcer. Excellent séjour pour nous, couple de retraités 64 et 67 ans qui aimons randonner.

Très nature

Location excellente pour balades en nature dans les Cevennes. Les amoureux de la randonnée trouverons leurs compte! La maison est bien aménagée et équipée. On y dors très bien, l'air est pur, loin de la pollution d'une ville . La localisation : il faut pas avoir peur du vide :). La route qui mène au hameau est sens unique et toute petite , bref une route de montagne . Mais on s'y fait. Un peu stressant au début de séjour. Le supermarché aussi est un peu loin, donc à prévoir des provisions pour plusieurs jours d'emblée. La région est magnifique et nous nous somme régalé par la diversité des activités. On reviendra dans cette magnifique région sans réfléchir deux fois . Corina et Hugues
