The tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is spread over 2 levels and is located on the top floor of a 3-family house. It is a quiet and sunny location about 1 km from the lake. In the immediate vicinity are a bar, a church and a restaurant, where the traditional Italian and local cuisine is reinterpreted. Of great recreation value is the nature reserve SS. Trinità just 1 km above. There are many hiking trails, a fitness trail and an idyllic restaurant with a generous outdoor area.
