The beautiful house awaits you at Flovt beach. The bright interior will immediately make you feel at home, it is modern and cozy. Beautiful bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room and good bathrooms provide a lot of comfort. In the large pool you can enjoy the water regardless of the weather. They relax in the sauna, indulge in underwater massage, welcome to relax. In the separate activity area with table soccer, pool and more, it is ensured that you will certainly never be bored. In the garden there is playground equipment for the kids and an outdoor jacuzzi. The terrace also gives you that vacation feeling. The house is very close to the absolute best swimming beach in the area. In the cottage area many houses are being built, so there may be construction noise.

Das gesamte Haus ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Küchenausstattung wie Wasserkocher und Co sind uralt und besonders der Geschirrspüler kriegt nix mehr richtig sauber. Das Haus besitzt zu wenig Lichtquellen und diverse Lichter bleiben auch nicht konstant an, sondern gehen immer wieder an und aus, bedingt durch Bewegungsmelder. Türen dichten nicht komplett ab und in den Bädern, sowohl Pool ist viel Schimmel zu finden. Duschvorhänge und Duschabzieher sollten auch unbedingt gewechselt werden. Der Staubsauger hat keine Power mehr. Teller, Besteck und Gläser/Tassen sollten auch erneuert werden, da besonders die Trinkgefässe oft Macken am Rand haben. Die Heizung im Poolraum ist immer wieder ausgegangen und man konnte sie manuell nicht einschalten. Zusätzlich fehlt bei einer Tür im Poolraum der Türgriff, wodurch diese Tür durch starken Wind einfach nach außen aufgegangen ist. Somit ist der Raum und dadurch auch das Haus für jedermann von außen zugänglich gewesen. Mangels Problemlösung trotz Anruf bei Novasol, hatten wir die Tür dann von außen mit Gartenmöbeln verbarikadiert. Betten bzw Auflagen haben ihre beste Zeit ebenfalls hinter sich und besonders im Dachzimmer erfolgt auf Grund von Arbeitssicherheit keine Endreinigung, was man bedauerlicher Weise auch merkt. Lage ist gut, der Strand ist super nah. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unweit entfernt.
