Description of the house in Emporio, Santorini
Quietly situated in a side street, the neighboring house is currently uninhabited.
The house has 4 bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for 8 people.
In the main house there are two bedrooms are accessible both from the living room. One is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. The superimposed other with two single beds (bunk bed or bunk bed) and also a wardrobe. Through this room through the bathroom with shower and toilet is available.
Another bedroom is located on the rooftop terrace. It is equipped with a sofa bed to a second bed can be placed. This bedroom has air conditioning. Shower and toilet can be found in the main house. The room has an ocean view.
The fourth bedroom is located right below the main house. There is a double bed, a small alcove, a table and chair and a wardrobe. Also this room is equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom (d. H. Shower, toilet, sink) is located right next to it, however, is not directly accessible.
The living room of the main house includes a kitchenette with two induction plates and a sink.
The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cooking utensils and crockery.
A second kitchen is available at departure for the fourth bedroom but pots and induction plates must be used by the kitchen of the main house. However, this can easily be transported to and fro.
All rooms are tiled and easy to clean.
Skip to the main house there is a courtyard that can be used as a terrace. There is also a large roof terrace with a pergola and sunscreen .. Another smaller terrace is found on the fourth bedroom on the right hand of the court, also with pergola.
It is possible to sleep under the stars on the roof terrace. Camp beds and mosquito nets are available. Very romantic in the summer.
The nearest bus stop is 5 - 10 min. Walk away.
Car is recommended but not essential.

The picturesque village of Emporeio was for us the ideal place to stay in Santorini and explore the island. The farmhouse and its surroundings are a small heaven, reminiscent of older times and a simpler way of life. We had a wonderful time here and recommend this place wholeheartedly! Just be prepared to walk for about five minutes to access the property from the closest parking lot. Many, many thanks to our hosts for their great hospitality!

It is the typical house in Santorini with everything you need for cooking. We had a problem with another acommodation we had booked before this, and the owner of this house helped us a lot. Also Olga who received us when we arrived, she was very nice and helpful.
