About this house rental
Located off the main roads in Smiths Beach is this renovated 2 storey holiday home. The perfect place for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, this home is situated in a quiet street only a short stroll to the local "Smithy's" General Store and Smiths Beach.
The top storey of this home consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and off down the hall way are 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and a bathroom. A large outdoor entertaining area including BBQ and outdoor setting is also located on this level through glass sliding door adjacent to the kitchen. Two bedrooms have queen size beds with the third consisting of a double/single bunk bed and set of single bunks. Upstairs cooling and heating is supplied by a split systems

On the ground level, with access directly from the carport, is a large entertaining/living area. This has been set up with couches, sofa beds, TV/DVD and table tennis table. A separate bathroom (toilet and shower) and laundry is also located on this level. This room also has cooling and heating via a split system.
Behind lockable gates there is ample off street parking either under the carport or in driveway. This driveway area can accommodate trailer parking including boat access for those who enjoy a spot of fishing or family fun on the water. Outside has been fully landscaped so sit back and enjoy the grass under your feet.
Ideally located to many local attractions such as: Smiths Beach (500m) Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (2.5km), A Maze N Things and Rusty Water Brewery (3km), Wineries - Purple Hen (4km), Phillip Island Winery (6km), Cowes (7km), Penguin Parade (11km).
Bedding:
All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. Guests are required to provide their own linen (sheets and pillowslips) and towels unless otherwise arranged.

A lovely house in a beautiful area of Philip island. Great location for a family. 10 min walk to Smiths beach and a short drive to other Phillip island facilities and attractions. The recreation area downstairs was great and there was air conditioning in upstairs and Downstairs living areas but not the bedrooms. There was no wi fi access. Did need to take own linen which added to The packing requirement downstairs living areas.

We went for a weekend of racing and the location for the track was fantastic. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you need including utensils, pots, pans and crockery. Owner requests you to take your own towels and bed sheets and there’s no wifi at the property so the perfect time to switch off.

Simone is an excellent host, great communication, easy checkin process. Home was well presented with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The downstairs rumpus room was perfect for our teenagers to hang out and relax.Definitely recommend this for a family getaway.
