About this house rental
This traditional farmhouse is built on a slope, which means you enter it on the upper floor, in other words.
A unique feature of the "Razzett Tuta" holiday home is its old "Mill Room", a former place for grinding grain. This room has been preserved in its original state and now serves as a cosy living room with a large dining table. An open fireplace made of natural stone increases the cosiness in the cooler weeks of the year. For your entertainment, you can use a TV with cable connection, DVD player and free WiFi. From the living area you have direct access to the inviting pool and the furnished sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols, barbecue and dining area. You can also enjoy the marvellous view of the valley from here.
The separate, high-quality natural stone kitchen, just outside the living area, is well and fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The old walls with their round arches have also been left in their original state.
All three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are connected to the living and kitchen area on the lower floor by a wide glass staircase - a real "eye-catcher". A total of six people can be accommodated as follows: One bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. These share a further bathroom with bathtube/shower. These rooms offer wonderful views of the Lunzjata valley.

The village of Ta' Kerċem, with its approximately 1700 inhabitants, is located near the south-eastern border of the main town of Victoria.
Xlendi - the very popular seaside resort with its picturesque bay, where you will find numerous good restaurants on the promenade right by the water - is about 3 km away. At Xlendi Bay you will find wonderful bathing spots around the bay (rocky beach!), which are ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
The main town of Victoria, with its recently renovated citadel high above the town, is only about 2km away. The bus stop is about 15 minutes' walk away, as are the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.

The house is a converted farm building, with many of the original features retained giving it a warm and traditional feel. It is well equipped and comfortable, with a terrace at the rear with swimming pool and seating area - where we virtually lived for our entire stay. The view from the terrace and the balconies to two of the bedrooms was superb. Located in a small town, with a supermarket and restaurant just a short stroll away, this is the ideal spot to get away from it all.

A very comfortable and well appointed property with a private pool and close to Victoria. We had a fantastic stay there over ten days and would recommend it to anyone. We look forward to coming back to Gozo and Razzett Tuta again. Bj Hogg
