About this house rental

This 130 m2 renovated stone family house has 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 twin beds), one of which is on the ground floor. The house includes a spacious kitchen, a double living room with fireplace and double exposure, all comfort.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it is located in a small village near Guer-Coëtquidan, not far from the forest of Brocéliande. Ideal for families or those who want to discover Morbihan and Ille-et-Vilaine.
Starting point to the Gulf of Morbihan or St Malo (1 hour), the forest of Brocéliande or Rennes (20 minutes), Rochefort en Terre, La Gacilly (15 mins). You are located 20 minutes from Camp Coetquidan. Possibility to rent linen (towels and sheets for 50 euros per stay). From November to March we ask for a contribution of 50 euros to electricity costs.

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie et confortable maison dans tout petit village très tranquille (un seul commerce : café + dépôt de pain). Des tas de visites et d’activités possibles alentours (avec la voiture), et quelques jolies balades à pieds (ou plutôt en vélo si possible) depuis la maison.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location pour les fêtes de fin d'année. La maison est charmante, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Pièces assez spacieuses et en nombre, qui ont permis des retrouvailles en famille. J aurai deux petites remarques d ordre pratique : un pare douche serait le bienvenu ainsi que plus de poubelle intérieure pour le tri selectif... Sinon c'était très bien ! Le jardin est un plus pour les enfants qui en ont profité malgré le froid. Les commerces sont assez proches (6km en voiture environ) et nous avons faire quelques visites touristiques qui sont nombreuses dans la région... Un merci à la propriétaire qui a été très réactive et disponible pour nos demandes et un autre merci pour les hôtes qui nous ont accueillis sur place de façon chaleureuse avec aussi une grande disponibilité. Tout était dans la simplicité ce qui a rendu ce séjour très agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location et je garde l adresse pour les futures fin d'année.
