Exclusive vacation apartment with a view of the Gardasee

Very nice appartement, 5 min drive from the town center Toscolano Maderno. Full equiped, vervy convenient, and very fluent communication with the owner. The city is well placed for visiting the spots arround lake, and you find everything yo need (Shoping / grocery stores, restaurants, beach..). We will definitely return !

We had such a great 5-day stay in this lovely apartment on the hills of Toscolano Maderno. The view from the balcony was just stunning - especially at night when all the lights go on around the lake. Beautiful! Town is within walking distance - we did however take the car back and forth due to the heat and steep climb. Parking in the city and at the beach is easily found - and paid with the EasyPark app (same code for the whole city, convenient!). Apartment is in a quiet settlement up the hill - felt like we were away from the crowd in peace and quiet. There’s a pizzaria (with a breathtaking view) that also does take away only 500 meters away. Bernd is a lovely host and everything with keys, departure etc. was super easy :) So all in all just wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in Maclino, on the hills surrounding the Garda lake. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There is easy parking on the street or in front of door (a bit more tricky). It is very safe and relaxing after a day around the more touristic sites of lake Garda. You can easily gather your own food and cook on site, and enjoy the meal on a beautiful terrasse overlooking the lake. It is a 10 mins drive up from the lake and best to travel that way with small children, it can be quite the hike otherwise. It is a calm and friendly neighborhood. The owner was always available in case of questions. To mention that the bedrooms are on different floors and separated from each other. It might convenient for teens, but can be an issue with smaller children who are not used to that. Otherwise fantastic place, we recommend it! André and family

Die Wohnung selber und die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Austattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr angenehm ist das Vohandensein einer Spülmaschine. Die überdachten Balkone bieten auch bei einem Gewitter die Möglichkeit in Freien zu Sitzen und bei sonnigem Wetter ist die Beschattung ebenfalls gewährleistet. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist sehr autentisch (kaum bis keine Touristen) und ist somit Rückzugsbebiet vom Rummel direkt am See. Die Nachbarschaft ist überaus freundlich und kommunikationsfreudig obwohl wir ausser ein paar Brocken italienisch kein Vokabular besitzen. Die Überlassung der Schlüssel sowie die sonstigen verwalterischen Angelegenheiten haben super funktioniert. Der einigen Negativpunkt war die schwer zu öffnende Eingangstür (müßte jetzt behoben sein). Die Beschreibung um welche Wohnung es sich handelt (mehrere Wohnungen über einen Innenhof zu erreichen) sollte genauer sein, um ein ausprobieren der Schlüssel an fremden Türen zu vermeiden. Die Fahrt von ca. 3,5 km in den Ort ist unter Abwägung der Vorteile zu verkraften, zumal ein oder zwei gute Retaurants (leicht gehobene Preisklasse) zu Fuß zu ereichen sind. Alles in Allem sehjr zu empfehlen, wenn man keine Animation benötigt und fähig ist seien Urlaub selbst zugestalten
