The apartment is in a separate cottage with private entrance was refurbished in 2014. Those who love the cozy tranquility and charm of a real Sicilian mountain village, is right here. A contact person is always there for you on site. Tourist destinations such as Taormina, Etna, the Aeolian Islands and of course the sea are very close. We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf Sizilien wirklich sehr genießen können. Es verlief alles problemlos. Wir haben vorab per Mail viele Tipps und Empfehlungen bekommen, die uns sehr weitergeholfen haben. Und auch vor Ort hat man sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Morgens haben wir immer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Abends waren wir in den meisten Fällen Essen, die anderen Tage haben wir uns in der Küche verpflegt, wo auch alles dafür vorhanden war.
Im Umkreis der Wohnung sind sehr gute Restaurants, die man alle zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Der Ort Forza d'Agro ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen (Etna, Syrakus, Taormina, Liparische Inseln, Gole Alcantara) und haben uns abends immer wieder gefreut zurück nach Forza d'Agro zu kommen.
