HERITAGE BAY is a new luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and is approximately 25 min to the Ft. Myers airport, and to Old Historie Naples and Third Street, home to boutiques and the finest restaurants you could desire. Naples Beaches are also approximately 15 minutes away. Beautiful Coconut Point Mall includes wonderful shopping and dining. The Mercato shopping center has an incredible movie theater with sofa like, reserved seats plus great dining. Both centers are also about 15 minutes away. Naples famous sunsets are fabulous especially from the glorious beaches and beachfront restaurants. Well known Sanibel Island and Captiva are about 40 minutes away as is Ft. Myers beach and town.
HERITAGE BAY is a community mostly known for championship golf course which offers 27 challenging holes. The 5 tee boxes range from 7177-4729 yds making it suitable for beginners and expert players alike. The course itself is gorgeous, set amongst beautiful landscaping and lakes. Heritage Bay offers 9 holes and 18 holes golf leagues for women and 18 hole golf leagues for men. Unlimited golf at a competitive price is available with this rental when you pay the transfer cost. All leagues are open to renters.
HERITAGE BAY which is surrounded by natural preserves and lakes also includes a magnificent two story clubhouse with a dining room, a bar and grill room overlooking the golf course and a large lake. The community offers an incredible fltness center and exercise room with any kind of exercise equipment you would desire, spa with massage and manicure-pedicure facilities. There are seven lighted tennis and pickleball courts with stadium seating for tournaments, 7 pools including a resort style main pool, hot tub and a Cabana bar. Cocktail hours, entertainment and dinner dances are held in the beautiful dinning room and grill room. BBQ's and cocktail evenings are often held around the main pool. Brand new practice facilities including driving range, putting and chipping greens are also offered. Not to mention the billiard room with 3 full size tables, card rooms and reading clubs that will make your day and evening entertaining if you wish. Or you can simply choose to relax in your screened in the lanai. An electric BBQ is also available.
This 4th floor condo is coastal style decorated with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment with a screened lanai which offers a beautiful panoramic view overlooking the golf course and lakes. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances. The Condo is equipped with washer and dryer, two flat screen TVs (one 55" in the living room and one 42" in the master bedroom), DVD Player, and Wi-Fi hi-speed internet. This condo also has covered parking and is situated near one of the local pools. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 large walk-in closets and a private bathroom with a roomy shower. The guest bedroom has a 2 twin size beds. Another bathroom is located right next to the guest bedroom. All bedrooms have beautiful laminate flooring.

It was fabulous until the virus closed down Naples, shopping, golfing, clubbing, etc. Would love to go back. By the way the view from the condo was spectacular.

We stayed in this property for 7 weeks. The view and location were good, it was quiet though somewhat dark. TV in living room was good although there was an issue with one of the remotes. Some issues: 2nd bedroom had neither a fan nor TV. The sinks in both bedrooms were very slow running, not enough pressure to rinse them out. The hot water in the bathrooms took minutes (no exaggeration) to heat up. The furniture in the living room was not overly comfortable. As a result of the layout of the condo it was somewhat dark as the screened in porch never receives full sun. All things considered, we will not stay there again.
