A magyarországi ügyfélszolgálat munkatársa is nagyon segítőkész, udvarias és gyors volt. Horvátországban az ügyintézési idő rendkívül rövid és gördülékeny volt.
A szállás azt tartalmazta amit a megrendeléskor ígértek. Kellemes meglepetés volt számunkra. Minden tökéletes volt, a szállásadók udvariasak, barátságosak és vendégszeretők voltak. Köszönjük, hogy kellemessé tették nyaralásunkat.

Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter in Ungarn war sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und schnell. Kroatien die Verarbeitungszeit war extrem kurz und glatt.
Das Hotel hat enthalten, was versprochen wurde bei der Bestellung. Es war eine angenehme Überraschung für uns. Alles war perfekt, die Grundsteuer waren höflich, freundlich und gastfreundlich. Wir danken Ihnen, unseren Urlaub war angenehm.
