The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA VEL 034 and 035 (each for 5 people), KVA VEL 037 and 038 (each for 4 people), and KVA VEL 039 (2 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property.
