2 terrace overlooking the pool and incredible marina views from wooden deck.
Condo comes with washer dryer and is only 2 minutes away from Tiara Hotel and restaurants.
Cap Cana is 10 minutes away from Punta Cana airport. If arranged with time I can organize an airport transfer including stop at big grocery store before arriving to condo.
Cap Cana has 3 fantastic beaches. You need to try all 3.
Over 15 restaurants inside Cap Cana. And 8 just in Fishing Lodge
Punta Espada Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.

We had a very good stay while visiting friends in Punta Cana. The place is convenient to the airport and I would strongly recommend renting a car to enjoy the area. (Driving seemed safe.) The condo is as nice as it looks in the listing and Ricardo was very responsive and proactive with instructions. If you want to go all inclusive you can buy a day or a night pass for food, drink and such at the TRS Resort. Internet was the only issue, so plan to rent or use your phone phone as hot spot. The area is pretty quiet most evenings, so if you're looking for nightlife this is probably not your place, but the restaurants in the Marina were very good. We very much enjoyed Juanillo Beach, about ten minutes away. We will for sure try to stay here when we go back to visit our friends.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this breathtaking Condo. It's spacious and had all the amenities we needed. I certainly recommend this to anyone looking for fine quality accommodations. The river pool, which is just steps outside, is gorgeous and relaxing. I will certainly be back to enjoy this place again!

As good as these photos are they do not capture the essence of sitting out on the terrace or swimming in the pool as the sun sets on the marina. It's truly a beautiful spot to unwind and rest. The condo is very lovely with plenty of space for the family. A master bedroom looks out on to the marina and has access to the pool as well. The pool is only used by five condos and when we were there I think we had it to ourselves all seven days! Swim when you want to. Kick back and relax on the terrace. Hang out inside. Cook a good meal in a most adequate kitchen. This simply is a great getaway and one we look forward to doing again with our friends. Ricardo is excellent with his properties and you are in good hands with him - he has multiple properties so be sure to communicate what your need is and he will direct you to what you want. If I could give this experience 6 stars I would - amazing!
