The house is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and both the interiors and the exteriors invite you to relax: the furnished covered terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning, the shady arbor with sitting area in the garden and the pool equipped with deck chairs! The property borders on one side and with part of the garden to the cottage ITF748, from which it is located about 30 meters. The two properties are separated by a laurel hedge and ITF926 has of course an independent entrance, a private outdoor area and a private swimming pool and both houses are therefore well suited for large families or groups of friends who want to live next to each other. At a distance of about 1 km there is a riding stable that belongs to an estate and here there is the possibility to buy typical local products directly from the producer.
