An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. 3 air conditioning systems The entrance leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. Kitchenette with oven, refrigerator and coffee machine. Anteroom Bathroom with shower and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed (appropriate only for children). You have access to the balcony. Anteroom
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday object is not separated from the other half of the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Das Grundstück und die Wohnung sind in einem gepflegten Zustand. Zwei Toiletten (die eine ziemlich klein) waren vorhanden, was bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie durchaus Sinn macht.
Die Küche ist klein und übersichtlich, genau das richtige. Der große Tisch im Hauptraum lässt den Tag beim guten Frühstück hervorragend beginnen. Klimaanlagen sind in allen Räumen vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!
