    It's very big flat by Japanese standard! clean and tidy, with kitchen and washing machine, and tatami.

    NO FRONT DESK! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO HOTLINE TO CALL! GUESTS ARE LEFT IN THE LURCH, HELPFUL! WE HAD BOOKED A ROOM FOR 2 NIGHTS, BUT WAS TOLD TO CHECK OUT (BEFORE 11AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING) AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT, THEN WAIT FOR 4 HOURS LATER TO RE-CHECK IN AT 3PM, WHAT A DUMB HOTEL MANAGEMENT!
