Property took a while to reply to messages. Room wasn’t ready at specified time.

Location is good with multiple tube stations within 12 minute walk. Tesco Extra within a 6 min walk. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Beds are comfortable and had plenty of towels and extra trash bags, and dishwasher soap. It was a good base to explore London.

This is a third/ fourth floor walk up with no elevator. It was only difficult to take luggage up, otherwise it was ok for us to climb the stairs up at the end of the day. The building is a bit dated and while the apartment itself is generally clean, the staircase is carpeted and needs a good thorough vacuuming . Overall the apartment did the job- would have liked some shelving or drawers to put clothes in- only hanging space in closet in one of the bedrooms. No deal breakers, we enjoyed our stay.

8 minute walk to a tube station 2 separate rooms nicely cleaned by a lovely lady that does the cleaning for the flat and is very polite and helpful. But the apartment is not suitable for families and drains need to be fixed as they do not work well in the shower room.

The apartment is super small, smaller than what the pictures imply. There are big windows in all rooms (other than then shower room) and these swing to open creating a massive opening which is super dangerous for kids. I would say this property is certainly not kids friendly, if not completely dangerous for children. The apartment is on the top level, so lots of stairs to climb to get there (especially with a suitcase and lack of lift). The shower room is small, the drains do not work well and the power of the shower is low, meaning that you cannot get a good shower. Outside the flat there was a lot of rubbish including some abandoned suitcases, the bins were over filled. The bin people emptied the bins one day, but the suitcases were not cleared. This is what you see when you arrive at the apartment, it is certainly a bad start!
