New apartment with exclusive, modern equipment, for a maximum of 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms: one with box spring bed 180x200, the second with queen size bed 140x200, both rooms have flat screen TV with satellite reception. We offer free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is fully equipped with heated floors and vinyl floor. New fitted kitchen with stove, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher. New bathroom with shower bath. Modern living room with a large flat screen TV: 55 inches, ethanol fireplace and dining area.
We provide free use of a washer and dryer available.
2 bicycles are available.
It is a beautiful, large garden available to relax, sunbathing, badminton racquet or a barbecue .... Non smoking holiday apartment, no pets please.
4 min to the train station in Bad Nenndorf, 30 mins to Hannover main station, 27 minutes to the airport Langenhagen, 38 minutes to the Hanover Fair, 2 min to public Verkehsrmitteln and to the spa facilities such. B .: Kurpark, Spa, etc ..

We have 4 nights here. The host - Michael has organised everything perfect. It was clearly 5* accommodation; we have completely satisfied and looking forward to visit again with family some point

The apartment was excellent. The furnishings were very nice, and the neighborhood was great, too. I would definitely stay there again if I find myself back in that area.
