About this apartment rental
Welcome to our holiday home "TO THE OLD VILLAGE FOUNTAIN" in Wiarden, a small village in the municipality of Wangerland.
The nearest beaches are 5 minutes away by car in Horumersiel and Hooksiel, but also the bathing lake Wangermeer is reached in 5 minutes by bike.
In Hohenkirchen 2 km away are the nearest shops (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, bakeries, pharmacy).
So if you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in good hands with us.
Our guest house is situated on a 1400 m² plot.
The approximately 300 m² apartment is distributed on the ground floor and an upper floor. Both are connected by a staircase.
It is generously divided. On the ground floor you will find:
- cozy living-dining area 50m²
3 large bedrooms with double beds
2 bedrooms with double beds and attached shower room (apartments); are available for bookings of 14 people or more
- separate large fitted kitchen with 2 ovens, 3 refrigerators, dishwasher, 2 coffee machines, dishes ...
1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet
2 bathrooms with shower or toilet
- 4 extra beds
- 2 sofa beds
- 3 cots (children up to 1 year are free)
- Parking on the property
- Storage for bicycles in the carport
- Barbecue (charcoal grill) (to be cleaned after use!)
- Terrace furnished
- Children's playground directly opposite
- Cable TV
- WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
- Washing machine for a fee
Upstairs (1. Floor) there are another 4 bedrooms with double beds
2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 toilet with washing facilities
In the house is also our owner's apartment, where we live with our dog.
Pets welcome after registration for a fee.
On departure, the house is swept clean.
In the garden is the historic village fountain from 1829. Until 1938 it was used as a public village well.
In the vicinity you will find the following leisure activities:
- Bathing beaches

- seawater indoor pool
- Spa procedures
- Surfing possibilities
- Water ski lift
- Tennis courts
- Riding stables

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Haus, denn in echt sah es noch viel größer und besser aus als auf den Bildern!
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben immer schnell geantwortet und haben uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung geben können.
Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir , 12 Frauen, haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende dort verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind echt super. Ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch die Schlaf - und Badezimmer waren in Ordnung.
Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Es gibt keinen separaten Eingang, was uns sehr gestört hat. Ansonsten ist es eine ordentliche Unterkunft, nahe an der Nordsee.
