About this villa rental
Our “dream home” is a private property with a pool that can accommodate up to 6 people, which we mainly use with our extended family. For the time we have available, we’re looking for wonderful guests. In an exceptional location with breathtaking views, our property perches like an eagle’s nest 70 meters above the Ionian Sea. On a clear day, looking east, you can see the coastline of the island of Lefkada, which is more than 70 km away. The south-facing terraces (over 50 m²) overlook the islands of Paxi and Antipaxes (20 km away) and the southern coast of Corfu (9 km away). Sivota is nearby and overlooks the harbor and beaches of Mega Ammos and Zavia, which lie at your feet. All maritime traffic from Corfu to the western Mediterranean can be observed from here. Since the terraces are shaded until noon, our guests will enjoy an exceptional breakfast experience. A pair of binoculars is a must—also ideal for stargazers. Wi-Fi connection.

This property is in an incredible location right near the town of Sivota, ideal villa for a family, it’s huge with a beautiful pool. The host was so very helpful with any request. It is like a home away from home. We had an incredible 3 weeks.

While standing on the balcony facing the sea you feel indeed as the king of Sivota with a panoramic view of 30km each side.
Vila Orea Thea is a wonderful and magical place. Located in the edge of Sivota you'll need a car if you wish to see the village center or visiting the nearest beaches wich are actually very close but after a couple of hours under the sun, the idea of climbing to the top of the hill makes me very tired.
The villa is very clean and well-mainteined. Built with high standards with a very nice pool.
The owners are very friendly and although we do not speak German, we were able to communicate very well.
There are many activities in the erea and I highly recomend a holiday here.
Just be aware that the price is for one floor and not for the whole villa.
