About this house rental
The house dates from 1750 and has been completely renovated and renovated in recent years. It is located in an old romantic museum village that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can reach the valley station of Bad Gastein or Sportgastein in 5-10 minutes by car or ski bus.
To the house:
Only natural materials were used and old floors and wooden ceilings were uncovered with a lot of effort. Each of the single or double rooms has its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a wonderful stone pine room with a wooden kitchen and a large tiled stove. There are also 2 newly renovated double rooms with private bathrooms and a small wellness area with a large shower and sauna. There is also a laundry room with dryer and washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are also a double and 1 single room with bathroom. In the 3rd The absolute highlight is a 100 sqm loft in Alpine Lodge style with 2 large cozy sofa corners, a large table and a grand fireplace. The house also has an annex. There is 1 double room and a living room / bedroom. A great bathroom and a small kitchen make this apartment your own little house. Suitable for staff / aupair or older children. The latest technology WiFi, 5 flat screens, as well as beautiful dishes, pots etc. are part of the basic equipment of the house. Large parking lot for at least 3 cars. The restaurant in the neighboring house invites you to Austrian delicacies
