Communication was seamless from the moment we booked. The owner was extraordinarily helpful, providing us with a wealth of detailed information. This included directions to the property, instructions on where to find the key, how to operate the TV, and even the WiFi password. It was immediately clear to us that they take the comfort and convenience of their guests very seriously, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was undoubtedly the two city bikes the owner kindly made available for our use. We spent a delightful afternoon exploring the surrounding scenery, adding a touch of adventure and freedom to our stay that we hadn't anticipated. This was an exceptional bonus that we highly recommend future guests take advantage of. The chalet itself was superbly equipped and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed - from an oven and gas stove to a toaster, microwave, and even a coffee machine. This made our mealtimes a breeze, allowing us to create cozy breakfasts to enjoy on cool mornings and romantic dinners after sunsets.
