About this villa rental
Style and tropical luxury at Puntacana Resort & Club to accommodate families of up to 8/12 people in a very private and privileged environment. Caribbean decoration very cozy, enhancing the environment of exuberant and spectacular nature. Includes housekeeper and daily cleaning. Located within the La Cana golf course of Puntacana in the Tortuga area. Two golf carts available (not included in the price). Amplitude and versatility in all rooms. Comfortable kitchen fully equipped.
The villa has four bedrooms. Two of them with a King beds and two with 2 double beds (sleeping 4 and 2 people). In one of the living areas there is a sofa bed for two people. So there is maximum space for 12 people, the ideal capacity being 8 people.
The maid will arrange the rooms and the house daily. We can provide a professional chef or cook with additional charge.
The living room is divided into four different areas: two living areas, a TV corner with a sofa bed and a dining room.
The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, with a beautiful porch, swimming pool and a typical roof gazebo with sofa area and eating area. It also has a barbecue.
Our guests have access to all Puntacana Resort & Club facilities, such as Casa Club with its two restaurants and beach club, the Tennis Club, Playa Serena, Playa Blanca and the Ojos del Indígena ecological park with its forest and crystalline lagoons , in addition to its three golf courses, being one of them (Los Corales) PGA.
The villa is located within Puntacana Resort & Club, a very exclusive and private place, with strict access control.

The house was okay to good. Condition wise it is a but dated w/ some signs of wear and tear. The outdoor pool are is nice.The house keeper Melissa was great. Very helpful.The hosts communication was bad and made for difficult planning and stressful tripped. We had submitted our requests for meals and a chef over 3 weeks before our trip via VRBO messaging app. When we arrived, we learned the host had never read those messages, so we had to scramble to figure out dinner our first night and the entire next day of meals on our own. We had a very hard time booking Uber and getting to the grocery store. Only on the last day as we were trying to get to airport did our host tell us we needed to book ONLY Uber Select. This would have been very helpful info to have from the beginning as our Ubers cancelled on us countless times. We often felt stranded at the house with this trip. There were two golf carts which I had inquired about when I booked the trip. Upon arrival I let our host know we would like to use them. One of the golf carts barely moved with four people in it, and had a flat tire. The other golf cart had a bad battery and wouldn’t start the next day. The host blamed us for leaving the lights on. Had she met us and showed us around the house and how to use everything this may not have happened. We requested a 2:30p check in and our host let us know that was no problem. We got there at 2:30 and no one was there to meet us for over an hour and it wasn’t the host. Stressful
