About this apartment rental
Our apartment has a size of about 60 square meters and was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016. It can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms with double beds (foot end open). On request, an extra bed in the living room for another person is possible. A surcharge of € 25.00 is charged for the additional bed, which is not included in the rental price and is payable in cash on arrival. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner couch, a dining area with a large dining table and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower.
In the well-equipped kitchen there is a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer and sink, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
There are seating in the garden. A covered bicycle parking space is also available. The garden can be used, seating is available. A covered bicycle parking space is also available. It is about 4.5 km to the city center and can be easily reached by bus and train. The Rehbrücke train station can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can take the regional train to Berlin. In the nearby Waldstadt Center you have good shopping opportunities. Here are some shops and a large supermarket.

Very well equiped, modern detached apartment. Had everything we needed. In a quiet Potsdam suburb but easy access to Sanssoucci and central Potsdam. Road parking was just outside. Nice seating area in shared garden. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time in Potsdam/Berlin and we were blown away by how wonderful our accommodations were. We were verh comfortable and had plenty of room to move around. Everything was provided for us. Our host was a lovely person who made check-in and out quite easy. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite near a tram/bus stop. The only thing that was difficult for us was parking. We were allowed to park our car on the strert in front of the house. However, there were no spots available if you came home after 6pm. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage, gute Ausstattung, aber: vor Anreise war nicht klar, dass ein Schlafraum ein Durchgangszimmer ist!
