12 South offers fine dining restaurants, stylish designer boutiques and stores specializing in vintage guitars and quirky housewares. It is also home to the iconic " I believe in Nashville " mural a popular photo op for visitors . It's residential neighborhood is built around an elegant antebellum mansion, Sevier Park has towering trees, picnic shelters and a playground.
You will have the complete studio great space for 2 couples or a family of 4 . This space is beautifully decorated Modern studio with a separate sleeping area with a king bed, open concept with with a fully apointed kitchen. We provide coffee cream , sugar and sugar subsitute and bottled water to get your vacation started.
Located less than two miles from Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. "Howell Alley" runs beside the building, home of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural. We look forward to hosting you on your trip to Nashville.
This is a very walkable area a one stop shop anything you need is just a few steps away . If you want to go downtown its 2.5 miles a short Uber or Lyft

The communication was excellent from the start and throughout. Very responsive. All instructions were easy and very clear. The home had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was just as pictured. The location was perfect. I didn't realize it's located on the strip. Everything is within walking distance - coffee, breakfast, meals, dessert, shopping, a park - we did it all! All the action was right outside our windows. Ample parking conveniently on property in the back of the building. I felt very safe inside and outside of the building. Also centrally located to downtown, the airport, and other places we ventured to. Didn't drive more than 15 minutes away. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood were very hospitable. The neighborhood is super dog-friendly too and very clean. It was amazing how quiet the home was with all that activity outside and how quiet at night too. We want to stay here again and again!

This condo is so cute! It has everything that you need. Location is ideal, walking distance to numerous food establishments and shopping! Host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
