Our apartment is located in a quiet apartment house in Juliusruh, in the northern part of the sunniest island in Germany, directly between the 10km long sandy beach u. a coastal pine grove. In a prime location, directly behind the dune, you can watch the sunrise from the balcony, start your vacation with a hearty breakfast or simply enjoy the day. The apartment is 88 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with open kitchen, a larger balcony accessible from the living room and a smaller balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms. The beach and promenade are just a few steps away. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants, cafes, an ice cream parlor and shops u. a dog beach. A wellness center with sauna is about 100m away. You can park your car in your own parking lot.

In der Wohnumg findetan alles vor, was man benötigt, von Besteck über Töpfe und Geschirr. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über bequeme Betten. Das Sofa in der Wohnstune war für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ) etwas zu klein, aber man hat noch einen Sessel. Man hat direkten Blick auf Meer, das ist einfach herrlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Wir haben tolle 13 Tage Herbsturlaub verbracht und hatten mit der Wohnung ein sehr gutes Basislager. Die moderne Einrichtung hat uns angesprochen und eine ordentlich ausgestattete Küche ist für uns sehr wichtig.
Die Lage der Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe macht natürlich besonders gute Laune.

Es hat uns allen sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist natürlich super. So konnten wir mit den kinder problemlos schön Spaziergängen am Strand unternehmen.

Geräumige gut eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon auch für Hunde bestens geeignet. In direkter Strandlage hinter der Promenade Im etwas ruhigeren Ort Juliusruh
