About this house rental
Bring the family, and some friends. This beautifully appointed home is PERFECT for vacationing with a small group. With 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 3 gathering areas spread across 4 levels, there are seemingly endless places to gather, find fun, or hide and take a nap. The main living area has 25' ceilings, fireplace, 65" ultra-high def TV, updated kitchen, and tons of glass overlooking absolutely unbelievable views of the Continental Divide, Lake Dillon, Peak 1, and Buffalo Mountain. The family room has a game/puzzle table, and a 55" ultra high def TV. The rec room has a beautiful pool table, 55" TV, even a little Pac-man machine, and kitchenette overlooking the mountains. The home has the most outstanding large entertaining deck with a built-in bar boasting the best views on the property, a propane fire-pit, varied seating for up to 12, and a unique circular staircase descending to lower level patio near the large private Jacuzzi. The upper level is a giant master en-suite with private balcony, soaking tub, steam walk-in shower, and sitting area. There is a second king en-suite on the lowest level. There are 3 other private Queen-bed rooms, and 2 bunk rooms: one with 3 twins (including a trundle), and one with a twin over a full, and a twin trundle. There is also a pack-and-play, and little kids bed for back-up kiddo sleeping arrangements. With a well-stocked kitchen, and highly functional lower level kitchenette, 8 flat-screen TVs in total, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, 2 washers/dryers on floors 1 and 3, a 2-car garage, and ample extra parking, you cannot beat the set-up, amenities, location, or views for the price. Great place for family and friends to gather for a relaxing cabin getaway. The pictures gave an accurate description of what the place looks like. The house was equipped with all the essentials. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We used this house for our elopement in Colorado. The house is the perfect size for 12 adults but was stocked with games and toys for younger kids. The views from the house were amazing with beautiful sunrises ever day. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a private chef come in to cook for us & he said it was one of the better stocked kitchens he’s seen! The hosts are super communicative if you were to have any issues which we did not have. We are already making plans to use this house again!

The listing was not as clear as it could have been. Some of the bedrooms were set up more for couples and we were a group of just men. Two members of our party actually went out and got hotel rooms. On the morning after our 1st night stay we did have an issue with a late arriving person parked on the street and apparently a neighbor was upset that we left an outside light on. We had both of those issues were resolved by 6AM the next morning. The TONE of the message I received from you was downright threatening! I actually got the message after we had resolved the issues but the message said “You have 30 minutes to resolve”Not very friendly or accommodating. EVERYONE in our party felt the same way. Due to that TONE of communication we are VERY unlikely to book again

We were here for a family reunion.Check in was great, communication timely, and friendly! (We were in town earlier than expected, and were offered early check in)Space was perfect for our family, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed.House was clean, and accommodating.A good time was had by all!!!
